Northlich developed an influencer program to support grand openings for new DSW stores, leveraging local fashionistas in each market. In addition, Northlich planned Girls’ Night Out events in collaboration with local media and created playful art installations with QR codes to drive users to the online sweepstakes.
Grand opening sales were 54% over projections with $27,000 in sales during two three-hour events. 50 local influencers were tapped as Agents of Chic. 1,000 guests visited the grand opening celebration, Fashion Gives, invited by Agents of Chic and there were 628,000 earned impressions.
